How can I make an appointment?
You may click on the “Book with Us,” “Book with Elizabeth,” or “Book with Jessica” buttons throughout this website. You may also call us at (281) 407-0662 or e-mail us at general@therapysecure.com.
Do you accept insurance?
We are out-of-network providers, which means we do not accept insurance. However, we can provide you with a “superbill” upon request. This is the documentation needed to submit for reimbursement if you have out-of-network benefits. This is not a guarantee of reimbursement.
Where are you located?
Elizabeth Marcum is available for virtual sessions through a HIPAA-compliant platform to clients who reside in Texas and Oklahoma.
Jessica Estep is available both virtually and in-person at 1100 E Nasa Parkway Suite 201C Houston, TX 77058 to clients who reside in Texas.
What are the fees?
Initial 15-Minute Consultation: Free Initial Session: $190 Regular Sessions: $170 Phone Call in 15-Minute Increments: $40 Letters: $80 for the first page; $40 for each subsequent page
What is your cancellation policy?
A 24-hour minimum notice is required for canceled appointments. All voicemails are dated and time-stamped. If your appointment is scheduled for Monday, please inform us on Friday. Failure to do so will result in being billed for your full session fee. Emergency exceptions will be considered on an individual basis.
What if I am feeling unwell or have an emergency outside of session?
In case of an emergency, you can call any of the following emergency numbers: 911, the National Suicide Lifeline at 1-800-273-8255, the Harris Center Crisis Unit at 713-970-7000, or go to the nearest hospital emergency room.
